Please follow the steps below so we can better assist you with finding a resolution:

Step 2: Make sure wires are connected to the speaker.

Step 3: If mp3 player turns on but there is no sound then request the following part: Speaker

Step 4: If mp3 player does not turn on but there is power flowing through the wires then request the following part: MP3 player
